At SanskarMart.store, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not fully happy with your purchase, we are here to make the return and refund process smooth and simple.


1. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 30-day refund and exchange policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition that you received it
  • Unworn or unused
  • With original tags
  • In its original packaging

You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


2. How to Start a Return

If your return is accepted, we will send you the return instructions and the appropriate return address. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Note: Since we work with multiple global and domestic suppliers, return shipping costs must be paid by the customer unless the product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.


3. Damages and Issues (Non-Refundable Items)

  • Damaged or Wrong Items: Please inspect your order upon delivery. If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately. We will evaluate the issue and arrange a replacement or a full refund (including return shipping in these specific cases).
  • Non-Returnable Items: Certain items cannot be returned, such as:
    • Perishable goods
    • Custom or personalized products
    • Opened beauty or personal care items
    • Intimate or hygiene products (if opened)

4. Exchanges

The quickest way to exchange a product is to return the item first. Once your return is approved and processed, you can place a new order for the replacement item.


5. Refunds Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or card issuer to complete the refund posting.
