At SanskarMart.store, we aim to deliver your products quickly, safely, and efficiently. Since we operate on a global dropshipping and domestic supply model, please read our shipping guidelines carefully.

1. Processing Time

  • Order Processing: Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday) after your payment is confirmed.
  • Inventory: If a product becomes unavailable after you place an order, we will notify you immediately and offer a full refund or an alternative product.

2. Shipping Time & Delivery

  • Standard Delivery (India): Most orders are delivered within 5 to 10 business days from the date of dispatch.
  • International/Global Shipping (if applicable): Estimated delivery timeline is 8 to 15 business days.
  • Delivery Variation: Shipping times may vary depending on destination, logistics availability, and postal service speed.
  • Customs & Courier Delays: External delays due to customs, courier issues, or weather conditions are beyond our control.

3. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping charges are calculated during checkout based on product weight, size, and delivery location.
  • We occasionally offer Free Shipping on selected products or order values. Such offers will be displayed on the product page or checkout.

4. Order Tracking

  • Tracking Number: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation Email containing a tracking number.
  • Tracking Link: You can track your order using the tracking link provided in the email.
  • Tracking Activation: Please allow 3–5 business days for the tracking information to update after dispatch.

5. International Orders (Customs & Duties) – if applicable

  • Customs Fees: International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country.
  • Customer Responsibility: These fees are the responsibility of the customer. SanskarMart.store does not cover or calculate additional customs charges.

6. Multiple Shipments

  • If your order contains multiple products, they may be shipped separately depending on supplier location. Each package will have its own tracking number.
